Pull-ups

Mobility (1 min pec/1 min shoulder/1 min glute + wall or downdog stretch for 2 mins), then

Five rounds of:
 20 sec Strict Handstand Push-ups (25's+AB/10's+AB)
  40 sec Rest
 20 sec Strict Pull-ups
  40 sec Rest

How high up the ladder can you go in 10 minutes of:
 40' Overhead Walking Lunges (25/10)
  1 Ring Dip
 40' Overhead Walking Lunges
  2 Ring Dips...

For Rx+ use 45/25 & do Ring Muscle Ups
