Every 60-90 seconds with small increases do:
 Basic: Hang Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat  
  Advanced: Hang Power Snatch (no ft mvmt) + Squat Snatch (ub), then

For time:
21 Swings (55/35)
 21 Box Jumps (24/20) 
  1 Rope Climb
15 Swings
 15 Box Jumps
  1 Rope Climb
9 Swings
 9 Box Jumps
  1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ all exercises stay the same (use more on KBS if you want), but do 21-18-15-12-9 reps with 1 rope climb after each set (5 total climbs)

Extra: Bench Press & 2 arm Bent Over Rows 8-8-8-8-8...
