Working on hip mobility during a noon class

Hand Balancing practice (Handstands and/or Headstands), then

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
 15 Double Unders
  10 Renegade Rows (pick load; total reps)
   5 Handstand Push-ups (10's+AB/ABMAT; strict)

For Rx+ do 30 DU's, use at least 35's/25's and do HSPU's on 25's/10's+ABMAT.

Extra: Back Squat 3-2-1 at the same loads, then do a couple heavier singles if desired (no belts)
