 21 Box Jumps (24/20)
  18 Pull-ups
   15 Box Jumps
    12 Pull-ups
     9 Box Jumps
      6 Pull-ups
       3 Box Jumps

For Rx+ jump on 28/24 & do Chest To Bar Pull-ups.

Extra: Bench Press & 1 arm Heavy DB Rows 5-5-5-5-5...
