Warm-up all the movements, then

For time (30 min cap)
 10 Power Snatches (pick load) 
  10 Push-ups
   1 Rope Climb
    20 Push Jerks (same bar)
     20 Push-ups
      1 Rope Climb
       30 Power Cleans (same bar)
        30 Push-ups
         1 Rope Climb
          40 Front Squats (same bar)
           40 Push-ups
            1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ use at least 115/63, do Hand Release Push-ups & do 1-2-3-4 Rope Climbs instead of 1 per set.

Teaming up is okay, but adjust loads accordingly.

Extra: Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1 reps at the same load. No belts, not all out.
