Hang Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1... (small jumps for 5 reps), then

In 15 minutes:
 Rx
  600 m Farmer Carry (pick load) (for teams of 2 do 1000 m)
   50 Air Squats (for teams of 2 do 75 Air Squats)
    Max rep Double Unders in time remaining

Rx+ (in teams of 2)
 1000 m Farmer Carry (pick load) + Medball Carry
  75 Wall Balls
   Max rep Double Unders in time remaining (switch at every break)

For Rx+ one carries the kb's or Db's and the other is carrying the med ball.
