Walking Lunges

Every 90-120 seconds with increasing loads do:
 Barski Snatch (3x High Hang Squat Snatch or do (Hang PSn+OHS)x3), then

For time:
 Rx
  10 One Arm Snatches (pick load; total reps)
   20 Toes To Bar
    30 One Arm Snatches
     40 Weighted Sit-ups (same load)
      50 One Arm Snatches

Rx+
 10 Knees To Elbows
  20 One Arm Snatches (pick load; total reps; 40/25 minimum)
   30 Toes To Bar
    40 One Arm Snatches
     50 Weighted Sit-ups (same load)

Extra: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts, don't drop, touch & go)
