 1000 meter Run or Row
  30 Front Squats (pick load)
   40 Hand Release Push-ups
    50 Deadlifts (same bar)
     1000 meter Run

Rx+
 1 mile Run
  25 Back Squats (pick load)
   25 Bench Presses (same bar)
  25 Deadlifts (same bar)
 1 mile Run

If possible go in teams of 2 & do twice the reps.
