Every 2 minutes with increasing loads do:
 Basic: 3 position Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat
 Advanced: 3 Position Squat Snatch, then

For time:
 21 Box Jumps (24/20)
  18 Pull-ups
   15 Box Jumps
    12 Pull-ups
     9 Box Jumps
      6 Pull-ups
       3 Box Jumps

For Rx+ jump on 30/24 & do Chest To Bar Pull-ups.

Extra: Front Squat 3-2-1 at the same loads (no belts)
