   600 m Farmer Carry (pick loads)
    Max rep Strict Handstand Push-ups in time remaining (15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)

For Rx+ do 150' Handstand Walk instead (5x30') & do strict HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT.
