Mobility (if time allows), followed by

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... (dead stop, no belts), then

In 14 minutes do:
 1000 meter Row
  100 Walking Lunges (total steps)
   Max rep Handstand Push-ups in time remaining
    (15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; first 25 must be strict) (or seated shoulder presses if scaling)

For Rx+ row stays the same, do Overhead Walking Lunges with 45/25 & do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT
