 Power Clean (no foot movement if possible) + Jerk 1-1-1-1-1..., then

How many rounds can you do in 9 minutes of:
 3 Knees To Elbows
  6 One Arm Snatches (total reps; 55/35)
   9 Box Jumps (24/20)

For Rx+ do Bar Muscle Ups, use more weight & do Box Jumps Overs.

Extra: Muscle Snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch/OHS practice of any kind
