Handstand Walk vs Wall Walk

With a continuously running clock do:
 1 Strict Handstand Push-up on the 1st minute (regular/ABMAT or 25's+AB/15's+AB for Rx+)
  2 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 2nd minute
   3 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 3rd... 

Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets is needed.

Rest 3-5 minutes, then

With a continuously running clock do:
 1 Strict Pull-ups on the 1st minute(weighted CTB with 25/10 for Rx+)
  2 Strict Pull-ups on the 2nd minute
   3 Strict Pull-ups on the 3rd...

Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets is needed.

Rest 3-5 minutes, then

With a continuously running clock do:
 1 Overhead Squat on the 1st minute(weighted CTB with 25/10 for Rx+)
  2 Overhead Squats on the 2nd minute
   3 Overhead Squats on the 3rd...

Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets is needed.

Extra: Go for a run and/or do extra mobility
