 Basic: Power Snatch (pause just above knee) + Paused OHS
 Advanced: Squat Snatch (pause at just above knee & at catch)

In 13 minutes:
 Run 1 mile
  Max rep Ring Dips in time remaining

For Rx+ do Muscle Ups.
