 Basic: Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Front Squat
 Advanced: Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Jerk, then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 Rx
  5 Pull-ups
   10 One Arm Snatches (35/25; total reps)
    15 Double Unders

Rx+
 5 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
  10 One Arm Snatches (55/35; total reps)
   15 Double Unders (unbroken)
