 600 meter Run or Row
  50 Sit-ups
   40 Air Squats
    Max rep Power Cleans in time remaining (use the same bar or adjust as needed)

Rx+
 1000 meter Run or Row
  75 Sit-ups
   50 Air Squats
    Max rep Power Clean & Jerks in time remaining.

Extra: Climbing board + Double Under practice (do 2-3 DU attempts between each set or 5-10 double unders)
