It's Friday and I have no idea what Luis is doing either.

Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes with the same loads do:
 Power Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 (no belts), then  

For time:
Rx
 40 Wall Balls
  30 Push-ups (if scaling - use the rack, not bands or rings)
   20 Wall Balls
    10 Push-ups

Rx+
 50 Wall Balls
  40 Ring Push-ups (turn out at top)
   30 Wall Balls
    20 Ring Push-ups
     10 Wall Balls
