How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 10 "Piston" Presses (seated, pick load, total reps)
  10 Weighted Step Ups (same load; total reps)
   10 Renegade Rows (same load; total reps)

Extra: Bar Muscle Up and/or Climbing board work
