Every 2 minutes with the same loads do:
 Back Squat 6x2 (increase from last week if possible), then

How high up the ladder can you go in 9 minutes of:
 1 Ring Dip
  1 Front Squat (135/83)
   2 Ring Dips
    2 Front Squats
     3...3...4...4...5...

For Rx+ do Ring Muscle Ups & use 165/113.

Extra: Bar Muscle Up practice (low volume - no more than 15-20 reps total)
