 Advanced: Hang Power Snatch + Squat Snatch (unbroken), then

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
 9 Swings (55/35) 
  6 Handstand Push-ups (10's+ABMAT/ABMAT)
   3 Strict Chest To Bar Pull-ups

For Rx+ use more weight, do Weighted CTB Pull-ups (45/25) & do Handstand Push-ups on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT.

Extra: Handstand & Double Under drills
