Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes (small increases for at least 4-6 sets) do:
 Basic: Hang Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
  Advanced: Hang Squat Clean & Jerk

Five rounds for max reps of:
 30 seconds of Handstand Push-ups (regular/abmat)
  30 seconds of Rest
 30 seconds of Box Jumps (24/20)
  30 seconds of Rest

For Rx+ do HSPU's on 25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT & Box Jump Overs (24/20)
