Mobility (wall shoulder stretch, sit on ankles, back bridge & play around with deck squats or kip ups for a few minutes), followed by

Power Clean 1-1-1-1-1... (build up quickly, no belts), then

Seven rounds for max reps of:
 20 seconds of Toes To Bar (Bar Muscle Ups for Rx+)
  40 seconds of Rest
 20 seconds of Power Cleans (pick load; about 70-80% of 1 rep) 
  40 seconds of Rest
