Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes with the same load do:
Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2, then
Five rounds for time (15 min cap) of:
21 Double Unders
7 Hand Release Push-ups
3 Deadlifts (use the same bar or adjust as needed)
For Rx+ Double Unders must be unbroken & do Ring Dips instead.
