5 Ring Dips
50 Single Unders

"Bonus" (optional) 1 Burpee penalty for breaking up Single Unders
Rx+
1 Deadlift
3 Muscle Ups
50 Steps (running in place with jump rope; 25 each leg)
Rest 1 min.

WoD with 315#. 9 rounds, but did 10 air squats instead of 5 ring dips to give my elbows a break. Missed once in 8th round on single unders, so did my one burpee. Finished with about 30 seconds left. Have not deadlifted in probably 3-4 weeks, so good to get back into it.

Practiced BFK pullups. Still not getting it.
WoD Rx+ @ 405lb 7+3 rounds. Happy with that.
