Three rounds for time of:
Rx
25 Double Unders
 14 Ring Dips
   21 Wall Balls (20/10)

Rx+
50 Double Unders
 7 Muscle Ups 
  21 Wall Balls (20/14) 

"Bonus"
If you can do 3 or more Muscle Ups in a row - quickly work up to Bench Press heavy 3 while the class is practicing Muscle Ups/Dips

Hey guys.Shoulder surgery on Thursday took about 90 minutes and was successful. However, it wasn't all good news. The Dr. found ligament tears (SLAP tear) on a ligament that connects bicep to shoulder socket. I now have metal screws and anchors in my shoulder. This was the worst case scenario with a full recovery taking 3 - 12 months. Recovery has been pain free! My only workouts will be physical therapy 5 - 6 days a week Hoping to get the other shoulder done by the end of Feb. I'll be around to give Andrew a hard time once in a while. Bob

Re-packed 13 ridiculously heavy ill-packed boxes (Thanks to my Mom) & labeled them to be ready to ship via UPS.

Noon class started without me since I was still working. I started the wod while everyone was finishing... I HATE wodding by myself!!! Rx 15:56
