Muscle ups started great was at 13 in a min only got 8 more the next 3 mins.
According to the table I'm about average. Average was never so hard.

Did a WoD at CF Santa Clara. King James - you told me that Khalipa was a bit OCD - that was quite a bit of understatement huh?

2 trips with Prowler
17:40 rx'ed.

Did it barefoot. Felt good to workout after 16-18 hours awake.

Going to go poke around San Francisco or something.

16 Rounds for the Tabata Squats. Averaged about one squat a second for the whole workout.
10 MU's. I did my first 5 MU's in 14 seconds, unbroken with no false grip. Then I spent the next 3 and a half minutes struggling to get 5 more.

Total score 160. I think thats somewhere in the crossfit kids section of the chart.

255x3 for DL.

It was pretty lame actually. Weight was real light. Quads got a bit of a burn, but nothing to spend $300 for. May be with heavier weight it'd be good, but we're not getting any soon that's for sure.

Jay - it's a kind of sled. Punch in "Prowler sled" in Google & check out the images.
