Monday, August 30, 2010 at 2:00PM Practice HS Walking/Handstands -or- Max HS Walk in 60 sec x2-3, then
Five rounds for time of:
10 Box Jumps
15 Pull-ups
20 Ring Dips
25 DU's
Rest 2 min between each rounds.
30 min cap mandatory (22 mins of actual work max, scale accordingly).
Post total time to comments including the rest periods.

A mayonnaise sandwich a fav in Britain....WTH?
I really think more folks are concerned with 100 ring dips than mayo sandwiches :) but yeah, britts are not the best cooks bbased on personal experience.
My hamstrings are wrecked but glad my back stood up to the snatches and DL pretty well looking forward to this.
I think the 2 minute rest between rounds will make this interesting.
Holy quads, Batman! Woke up today with legs trashed from Saturday!

Everything but dips was easy. Broke 4th set of pull-ups only, and 3rd set of DU's - missed the 25th one 3 times.

Handstand Walk. 44' then 40'. The best I've ever done with the handstand walking.

WoD: 27:27 - All my pull-ups were butterfly - it's the little steps.
WoD 4 rounds +36 reps - Ring dips were the killer as expected. Need to work on kipping with ring dips...
Did my first day of 5/3/1 - Squats @ 133/5 153/5 173/7
HS walk made it 40' without falling!! and best in 1 minute was 68'

just couldn't make it, the ring dips just fried me, my shoulder was already hurting after that it's definitely not feeling tip top.
