7 pm crew

Practice HS Walking/Handstands -or- Max HS Walk in 60 sec x2-3, then

Five rounds for time of:
10 Box Jumps
15 Pull-ups
20 Ring Dips
25 DU's
Rest 2 min between each rounds.

30 min cap mandatory (22 mins of actual work max, scale accordingly).

Post total time to comments including the rest periods.

I really think more folks are concerned with 100 ring dips than mayo sandwiches :) but yeah, britts are not the best cooks bbased on personal experience.

Holy quads, Batman! Woke up today with legs trashed from Saturday!

Box Squat low bench 205/5, 235/5, 270/6 - that was rough
Assistance: JM Press 135/5, 155/5, 165/5

Handstand Walk: 92', 100'. Nice!

WoD:
20:00 Rx'ed. CTB pull-ups.

Breakdown by rounds:
0:00-1:51
3:51-6:01
8:01-10;27
12:27-15:23
17:23-20:00 - started the DU's at 19:44.

Everything but dips was easy. Broke 4th set of pull-ups only, and 3rd set of DU's - missed the 25th one 3 times.
Awesome wod. Kind of :)

Handstand Walk. 44' then 40'. The best I've ever done with the handstand walking.

25:42 Rx for the WoD. I actually burned some of the hair off my arm on ring dips. Good times.

Did my first day of 5/3/1 - Squats @ 133/5 153/5 173/7

HS walk made it 40' without falling!! and best in 1 minute was 68'
