Multiple WoD Day.
The Plan:
10 am - Wekiva Springs WoD
1 pm - Snatch practice @ CFEvo & MetCon 10-15 minutes after.

No friends or family. CFEvo crew only.

Found this interesting on the mainsite WOD today:

21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds
Push jerk, 75 pounds

Rob Orlando, Jason Leydon and Jocelyn Leydon - dudes did it in ~3-4 minutes
Brendan Gilliam did it several years ago (circa 2005?) in 8:20 looking bad ass

One thing's for sure: CF has definitely made better athletes

5 rounds of Run, Swim, Hill sprint, 10 Burpees - 15:45 - epic fun!

Halting Sn DL + Extension + Hang Muscle Sn: 95, 115, 125, 130
Drop Snatch - triples at 95, 115, 120, 125
Snatch Balance - 165, 185, 200, 210/f, 220 - didn't go any heavier since I can't snatch that anyways.

Snatch 135/1, 165/1, 175/1, 180/1, 185/1, 190/ff, 175/1, 180/1, 185/f

21-15-9 Deadlifts 225 & Toes To Bar 4:45.

Nice day. Ready to hang out & have some fun!
