No 10 am Class - Saturday. Wekiva Springs WoD @ 10 am!

REMINDER: WoD at Wekiva State Park this Saturday at 10 am. NO 10 am Class at CFEvo. Another workout or two after Wekiva in the gym.

Practice Running Technique for 10 mins, then

Double Alternating Tabata
 Swing (53/35)
 Box Jump

4pm class

152 as Rx'd on the double alternating madness. Did 10x KB swings all the way through, and did 10/10/8/8/8/8/10/10 on the box jumps. TGIF

Did the running drills and shins felt pretty good but as soon as I went for the run the pain started coming back :/

159 (step ups on 28 box -- that was interesting, haha). I really like the new clock!!

and I FINALLY did straddle L-sit press to handstand and Yvie witnessed it!! :)
