Work on Hip mobility for 10 mins, then
Perform as many rounds as possible in 3 mins of:
5 Pull-ups (CTB if desired)
5 Push-ups
5 DB Snatch (each side) 55/35
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Start each cycle from where you left off on the previous one.

No 5/3/1 - supposed to be the second day of deload - had Lululemon crew for 3 hrs learning the fundamentals of CF.

Week 2 Day 1 Back Squat
17 rounds + 3 reps as Rx'd
Butterflied most of the pullups unbroken was really happy with that
if I went a few weeks without seeing a 55lb dumbell I would be okay with it.

Jon - Hell to the yea my brother, I'm not good at much in life, but I will go 30 rounds Rx easy on a tabata wing wang WoD.
