Ty - the Ahnuld demo in the front of the gym was total badassery!

"Iron Curtain"
CFEvo crew - if you want to compete but you haven't put your name on the board - Thursday is the last day that you can do it before the registration opens to the public. After that all hell just might break loose. Judging by the interest - the 70-75 slots will fill up real quick.

Advanced:

Got 155 FS/SJ and tried 165 but couldn't get it overhead. That being said, err typed, I did squat 165 (PR by 20#). Total = 320#

Did DL for Wendler today so went with 16kg kettlebell. Should have gone heavier though. Still feel good about things though. And thanks for the Annie props...was definitely a big deal for a guy like me.

Split Jerk =235
Front Squat=285. FAIL 295

July 29, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterAndrew

Split = 170 PR
Front Squat = 215 PR, with more in the tank.

Thanks to my past weeks busy schedule at school, I've slipped under 160lbs for the first time since March. But I also PR'd on both my split jerk and front squat. So I'm not sure whats going on. However it feels great to be back in the box after two days off.
