Max Rep DL in 90 sec(225/153) -or- Max Rep 550 lbs Tire Flip in 90 sec, then
Climb as high up the ladder as possible in 10 mins of:
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/63)
Burpee
Start with 1 SDHP & 1 Burpee, then do 2 & 2, then 3 & 3... Go as high as possible.
Post number of Pull-ups & Deadlifts plus scores to comments.

Worked last week.....
Fox and Friends just had a cross fit demonstration this morning with the wife of a Navy Seal. I believe she is the owner of the Virginia Beach affiliation (Crossfit Odyssey). Cool! It's on their web site ...foxnews.com/foxfriends/ if interested.

Assistance - Wide Grip MU's with purple band/1 x6 sets & Clean Hi Pulls 205/1 x2, 210/1 x2, 220/1 x2 sets.
After that & the cleans yesterday - doing the pull-ups & SDHP's was rough.
CTB Pull-ups = 28 (16+5+7) - wanted 30 in one set. :)
Tire flip = 12 reps
"Ladder" - 10 rds + 14 reps rx'ed. Hard.
