Jay - for yesterday's question - like Erik said - it's mostly just soreness. Especially with GHD's - it sticks around for awhile if you don't do them regularly. I'm still sore from them too.
I was so sore from the GHDs and KtoEs I couldn't stand up straight, so I took yesterday off for a little more recovery. Still a little sore but I should be good for situps this afternoon.
Dontcha just love that feeling when your doing sit-ups and your stomach muscles start to cramp up....wait,...do i have stomach muscles or is that my blubber? I guess I better have that checked out. Looking forward to today's fun!
So from everyones response, I should just stop complaining about GHD soreness - It's pretty normal. I do feel a little better today by the way. I will get over it and do "Annie" at the hotel tonight - I love Cross Fit!

Good day. Surprisingly the same weight - ate a ton last night. Going to bring up my calories for a while. 2500 isn't cutting it at all.
