Though I love CF, the standard "your workout is

It's obvious that if you're snapping that picture for the "people of walmart" site that you have no f-ing idea what CrossFit is... let alone a snatch. I'm thinking of how 'fit' she looks and the fact that she's rocking some f-ing awesome socks. She's actually upgrading Wal-Mart's status and they don't even know it... Someone should educate them.

I say we call up the CEO of Wal-Mart, let him/her know what kind of image they are associated with, set up a WoD with lady crossfit A$$ Kickers and clean–n-jerk that image up a bit (guys can help set up and load the duce with equipment). To attract attention you could call it “Let me show you my Snatch” since we’re dealing with morons. It’s their image so they can pick up the tab for local advertising. Maybe then the Super stores will carry grass fed meat for starters? God knows the regulars could use some.

today felt good, got my body weight back up to 194 after a 6 lbs loss from vacation.... if I can eat enough food maybe i'll see 200 lbs one day!
