The only thing not sore right now is...my chest and abs. Which you will of conviently taken care of after tonights WoD.
I have to support myself with my arms if I bend over (e.g. brushing teeth). And I have a super-straight back when I pick up anything from the floor.
King James, I've been there before. It's a horrible feeling. I'm looking forward to throwing away my chest and abs later on this workout. But after I finish it, someone needs to drag me to the beach.
Jame's that sucks thats how my backs been for month's to one degree or another. It sucks so bad to think about moving before you do it.

Did a few doubles on MU's with no false grip, then some HSPU's on the rings with bands & against the wall, then
Tabata's:
Ring Dips = 7, 7, 7, 7, 9, 9, 9, 9
GHD = 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 10, 10,10
Total = 134
Tumbled for an hour after that.
Good day. Ready to rest & then workout on Sat.

162 on WOD with ring dips and GHD"S
105 on tabata craziness .. Could have done more dips but wasn't thinking clearly (a recurring issue)
got 6 full range HSPUs in a row with a one or two
legged Kip. Much smoother than last time..
Beginner WOD: 123
total : 155
3 No false grip MU's in a row. 130 on the WoD.
Tabata: 75. 1st time doing successful ring dips. And I got 8 of them. I'm perfectly happy with that.
