Homemade minimalist running shoes - doubt anyone at the gym will make those, but looks like a cool idea

Practice HSPU's & Muscle Ups (no false grip MU's for those who are good at regular MU's), then

Double Alternating Tabata:
"Beginner" - Push-ups & AbMat Sit-ups
"Advanced" - Ring Dips & GHD Sit-ups

Score is sum total of all reps.

I have to support myself with my arms if I bend over (e.g. brushing teeth). And I have a super-straight back when I pick up anything from the floor.

King James, I've been there before. It's a horrible feeling. I'm looking forward to throwing away my chest and abs later on this workout. But after I finish it, someone needs to drag me to the beach.
