NOTICE: CF Evolution will be closed on Friday, March 12 due to Florida CF Games Sectional Qualifier. There will be no open gym on Sat either. We'll be back to regular schedule next week.

Run 300 m,
15 Pull-ups
5 Overhead Squats
Load for OHS: Rx=95/53, Rx+ = 135/83

300 m for anyone that's curious - is from the front door to around the building & come back through the bay door. Time to get some use out of the ramp that we just got! Or the opposite direction. I'd say run one way one round & the other on the next round :)
And don't remember who said it first, but just saw it mentioned also by Harry Binswanger - "Everything takes three times longer than your estimate. So always reduce your estimate by two-thirds."

I was pretty excited to finally get the MU ( in case that wasn't obvious)!

5 rounds and 1 run, 75lb OHS
I think its time to start adding OHS squats into my routine, they need help
5 rounds Rx+ (83#) almost got the run in for the 6th round
5 rounds plus run Rx....Had to use the PD gym but it worked out well....Hopefully be there for 6pm class tomorrow.
