Can you say "excitement"? Congratulations, Rob-O! It took you 3 times as long as you thought it should (everything takes that long generally for everyone), yet you worked hard & didn't give up. Stellar!

Run 300 m,
15 Pull-ups
5 Overhead Squats

Congrats again, Rob!

300 m for anyone that's curious - is from the front door to around the building & come back through the bay door. Time to get some use out of the ramp that we just got! Or the opposite direction. I'd say run one way one round & the other on the next round :)

And don't remember who said it first, but just saw it mentioned also by Harry Binswanger - "Everything takes three times longer than your estimate. So always reduce your estimate by two-thirds."
