CrossFit Couple

Laura resting. Hard work is independent of age, fitness level, abilities etc. It's all mental. It's all whether you're willing to work hard or not. Simple, not easy.

Salt - great article by Gary Taubes.

Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1, then

Tabata Push-ups (sum total of all reps is the score). Chest (not stomach) hits the deck, full extension at the top. No thigh contact at the bottom!

Post loads & scores to comments.

Bill, Laura's significant other, resting after the same workout, but earlier that morning.

Tabata pushups - 62 total

I'm not sure I read the article correctly. It appears to be a piece I would need to read 5 times slowly to gather any info. I summized that salt intake has no correlation to raising blood pressure and we should feel confident in eating salt in moderation. Is this correct?

Also, Kam and I ate dinner last night at a restaurant in Lake Mary/Heathrow (by Davids Cycle shop). The boast the menu has wild caught fish, grass fed, hormone and antibiodic free meats - it was a good place. Here is the menu.

Fresh on the Fly Menu

Scott - I have been wanting to try that fresh on the fly place for about a month now when I first heard about it, was it worth it? I don't see any bigger meals, just smaller stuff...

Ron - the portions are small, for some of you that's good, for me that's a problem - the food was very good though and I like the concept, I'm glad to see restaurants catching on to clean eating
