I posted 2 new recipes to desserts. Pumpkin and Coconut Custard. Don't get too excited. They aren't really very sweet but have a creamy custardy texture that is quite satisfying. Great on the go snack or quick and convenient breakfast.

3 weeks back in to solid weigh and measure Paleo. Starting to feel like my old self again run felt great think I could have even gone a lil harder.
Did the Kalsu WOD today that was back in January, been using a lot of this websites WOD's (along with some other affiliates) but never posted. I did it with 95lbs for the first 50 and 75 for the last 50. A few times I was cashed out and thus only got the burpees in the minute.
