Ring Dips - Check!

Neither Lisa nor Anne could to push-ups or pull-ups when they first started! Now they're both at 10+ pull-ups and now each can do Ring Dips which is a huge accomplishment! Muscle up is next.
Pull-ups max reps (or do 3x5 Pull-ups with bands), then
Bench Press 5-5-5, then
Pull-ups max reps
Post loads and two sets of scores to comments.

Max Pull-Ups @ 20. Suffice it to say that Guinness can probably bench press more than I can...I'll leave it at that.
