Re-living the Sectionals: Sean, Britt, Monique & Leo having a first look at the WoDs.

Squat Clean & Jerk (115/73)
HSPU
Squat Clean + Thruster technique is acceptable.

Paleo Energy mix for the CFEvo competitors before being packed into smaller containers. The most delicious energy mix/snack I ever tasted (and others agreed with me after trying). Moderate in carbs, high in fat - perfect when you need a lot of energy in a compact form.
Ingredients that I've used:
Shredded Coconut ($2.50 per bag at Chamberlains)
Coconut Chips (same deal) - adds different consistency
Macademia Nuts
Slivered Almonds (or any nut mix without peanuts would do)
Whole Almonts
Frozen Mixed Berries.
Mix the ratios at your own liking. Awesome stuff!

That stuff was sooo good!
Now, we need to really figure out where we're going this Saturday to celebrate the Qualifiers?!?!
So far I think Bahama Breeze sounds like the best option unless something else comes up!

yeah, we watched Every Second Counts a couple days out of the competition. Helps to get into proper mindset!

I never saw this Paleo Energy Mix there?? Where was it?
That was rough... 20:21 w/ Rx weight + limited HSPU to 2 abmats.
If I had it to do all over again... I would have used lifting shoes and took them off for the HSPUs. I used my regular athletic shoes instead.
Limited HSPU at 17:30ish.
Standing out of the squat was the hardest part for me.
