CFEvo Crew Rocks!

Andrew, Britt, Lindsey qualified through the Florida Sectionals (I think that's more people from one gym than from any other). Leo is prequalified from last year. These four will represent CFEvo at the Regionals in Jax, May 29-30! I'm very proud of the entire CFEvo team - everybody got PR's, represented well & hopefully had a great time (hard to do when you have to do 4 workouts in 2 days all out). Also special thanks goes to all the members that came out & cheered on the competitors & John for being an awesome judge and help making this past weekend such an awesome experience!
Practice Shoulder Stands & Handstands on the parallettes & rings, then
4 rounds for time of:
300 m Run
20 Air Squats
15 KB Swings (24/16)
10 GHD Sit-ups

I just want to say congrats to those who qualified and great job to all of our competitors, you all did fantastic no matter where you placed. It was an awesome experience this weekend, I enjoyed every minute with the members from the gym and I can't wait for the next event.
Congrats to all of you that competed! Makes me so excited to be a member of this gym and be able to work out with such talented people.
Leo, you should of stayed underneath my tent a little bit more...

Jon - yeah, about that tent... We owe you a new one. The wind Vs Jon's tent ended up with a victory for the wind no matter how many tiedowns we had. I'll chat with you about it later today!

It's no big deal, I don't use it until UCF football season starts in late August. Excited to hear the story though.
pretty much everyone who brought a tent or canopy this weekend is buying a new one this week, the wind was ridiculous, I got windburn so bad, I thought I had a horrible sunburn the whole ride home...
The weekend was awesome! Everyone from CFEvo did great....and watching Monique PR her C/J was freaking amazing....she had perfect form as usual! Looking forward to the next event and cheering on "our people" again...what a testament to our fabulous "redneck" coach.....LOL....(sorry, had to get that in there Leo)

I felt like I had the olympics on my computer - only better that I have the priveledge of knowing and working out with all of you that competed. They were posting live results and I was back to the computer every 20-30 minutes pretty much all weekend. It was espically exciting seeing Andrew's time on the 4th WOD and how much he moved up! I was calculating as it got closer to the end and knew he made it because there was not enough competitors left who could score enough points to knock him out...
