Thank you! I'm not as successful at it as Ron, but I've had my share of fatness and out-of-shapeness in my life. I couldn't do a pull-up 5 years ago, so this whole fitness thing is super cool - and I love sharing it with folks who are willing to learn & use it for their good!

Rob O and I are traveling this week near West Palm for work. Our training class got out too late to make the PBI WOD so we went to LA Fitness. Can anyone guess what Rob O suggested we do? Not Squats!!

Also, I'm slightly awestruck and slightly saddened by the fact that I've recently found my shirts to be a bit uncomfortably tight. I considered that maybe I suck at doing laundry and shrunk some clothes, or somehow my shoulders became broader, or that I just gained weight in general... but Jason pointed out yesterday that it's because I have these things called "lats."
