The book "Born To Run" and videos like this are making me want to run a marathon. There's a 13.5 mile trail at Wekiva. Once it gets a bit warmer - I'll definitely try it out!
I'm glad you chose a video of that instead of a video of me doing laundry...probably wouldn't be as inspiring...
More proof we were born to run... without shoes.

Will be home trying a travel WOD today as my little one is still fighting a cold : ( 4 days without the gym - I'm think I'm having withdrawal!

I have a busy day today so I tried out the 7am class and was surprised to see a nice size class. I actually liked it. After laughing so hard I cried I do remember my sister going through 2 cans of hairspray a week!!!
I liked the video all the way up to the point when the guy is running across the sand in a fresh pair of addidas. I guess I expected this group to be running barefoot. Good video though, my only question:
How did the girls @ JJ's react when Ramzi sprinkled sand on them to free thier spirit - I mean with all the hairspray that must have been a real disaster. I guess we will never know. From the sound of it, Ramzi may not know either.
