10 GHD Sit-ups
1 Rope Climbs

- 5 mins rest, then

How many rounds can you do in 5 mins of:
50' Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
25 Abmat Sit-ups (unanchored)

Then

7 Power Snatch (95/65)

7 Snatch Balance

7 Overhead Squat

Preceded by 5 sets of 5 HSPU (to abmat + 5 lb plate) and 3 kickup to freestanding HS
AND 5 sets of 1 MU attempt and 2 MU transition&dip and 3 deadhang pullups

Practice: double-unders: 5 x 15 reps
AND band ring dips 3 x 5 reps
