Out of all the people Sean - you need this one more than most :)

Can't wait for the party @ Rob's place. Going to cook up some good stuff. I know for sure I'll be making the mushroom/onion/ground beef mix with red cabbage - that stuff is my favorite, plus pork chops & other stuff.

Beer by the way is considered Paleo-ish :]

Don't forget to sign your name in at the gym!

Oh, and I'm praying that Ramzi will be able to make it to the Tumbling clinic. That should be fascinating!

Leo - you never lie! I'll start out at 7 a.m. and probably finish by the end of the noon class.

14:37. Started with 3 per minute until 15. Then I started to fall behind. Only 3 times did I fail on the muscle up. Other then that it was trying not to rip.

Aww man! I've been entertaining the idea of Paleo lately and I would have LOVED to come to the Paleo cook off party... but regrettably, we'll be at the track that weekend :(

Jennings, FL. Like ~20 minutes from GA border. I know what you're thinking, but it's too far!

BW 198

Bench 210/3 x3 sets, then messed around with low bar back squat - switching from hi bar to save some skin on my neck. With wide stance did 225/3, 275/1, 305/1, 325/1, then did 275/1 x3 with regular stance. Probably will stick with low bar regular stance from now & on, then

Tumbling 45 mins.

30 Muscle Ups - 7:16 rx'ed. PR by 5 or 7 mins.

Finished off with 5x5 HSPU to one abmat with narrow stance & stretch.

Good day & good week so far.

Sorry 7am crew (do they even post here) I planned to be there but would have DNF'd this morning for sure. As it stands it took over 46 min to complete and it was beyond fugly it was FUBAR.

30 Muscle-ups.......30:16.....Very happy to have even completed it seeing as I wasn't even considering trying it when I walked in the door at 6pm.

January 28, 2010 (a catch-up post)

36:03 -- 100 pull-ups (green band) & 100 push-ups (ring)

I did these in sets of 5. Pull-ups are my goat! The ring push-ups didn't really get to "fail" (in a set) until the last 15, when I had to break up each set.
