My massage therapist described me as "meaty" the other day when working on me. She stated she'd never felt that kind of padding on someone's hands, shoulders, and above my knees. Made me certainly chuckle considering being vegan and all, but I thought you'd get a kick out of it. And yes, I'd play Texas hold 'em.
Yay for Lili!! If you haven't forwarded her pic to many people, then shame on you!! It is inspirational. Lili has her first real push-up, can deadlift and press a heavy load, and now can invert on the rings. It's all about consistency. Today, all the world will see (at least the crossfit world, but that's the better world if you ask me). Great job Lili!! BTW- where's your food log? I know you got a cruise coming up. :)

Leo, check this dude out. Is this how you want us to do the push jerk today?? Some people should back off the 'roids. Listen for the Ramzi yell, I'm sure the other gym members love this guy. Also, I'm wondering where he was planning on dumping the wieght if he got in trouble.
125 for 3 push jerk, 5:26 for the 1,500 and I'm glad Eric chose to not sport his new rowing unitard. It would have disturbed my calorie intake for days.
Sorry I could not make it in today. Got a call from the Doctor about some diagnostic tests for Patrick just as I was getting ready to leave for the box. I had to pick up a prescription for him and then drive up to the Boy Scout camp where he s working, get it to him, talk to the Health Officer there, then drive back home. By the time all was done it was 9PM.
