BTW-what did happened to him?
Cardiac Arrest. He was rushed to the hospital and never regained consciousness.
No negatives, he's gone. I still love the music.
Anyone notice how hard the WODwill be? Last time I did lunges I could not walk for a week. I am just able to lift my legs to put on my tighty whities after doing 200 air squats last Saturday! Now Leo adds 150 OH Lunges! I'll have to hold on to walls to go potty!
That was nasty but you have to laugh...
It's 11:30pm and I'm still at work... But the good news is I'm finishing up my project so I'll be in tomorrow! Can't wait to get back in the routine.

Got my very first little rip on right hand from working the climbing board and practicing kips yesterday. Pull ups are getting closer, I can almost taste the bar....

Scott, Thanks for getting me hooked up with Cross Fit! The first two days were great, although I don't remember you telling me about the fact that I wouldn't be able to sit down this weekend without holding on to something!! :-) I can only imagine when I start doing the FULL workouts...Looking forward to next week!
