Anyone notice how hard the WODwill be? Last time I did lunges I could not walk for a week. I am just able to lift my legs to put on my tighty whities after doing 200 air squats last Saturday! Now Leo adds 150 OH Lunges! I'll have to hold on to walls to go potty!

That was nasty but you have to laugh...

7:12 Rx, Sean had me all pumped for 8 min + but since I did this one without the + sign I wanted to do it in the 6's, missed it by 13 seconds

7:39 as Rx'd plus(GHD's). My Calves hurt so bad I have to walk flat footed. I had people staring at me as I walked through the grocery store.

Scott, Thanks for getting me hooked up with Cross Fit! The first two days were great, although I don't remember you telling me about the fact that I wouldn't be able to sit down this weekend without holding on to something!! :-) I can only imagine when I start doing the FULL workouts...Looking forward to next week!
