Props again to John, Ramzi, Leo, Chris D., and Andrew. That this WOD was one of three that you guys completed in one day at the qualifiers is a testament to your level of fitness. Hope to be like you guys one day (N/H).
Damn good video. The "Babypuncher" is the WOD that put Joan out for over a month! Hope to see her back next week. I'm sure Joan renamed in the "MF'er" LOL!
Also. Props to Lori for an excellent video. I think we have the best gym someone could ever hope to find. Male, female, young, old, it doesn't matter. I think this video shows just how hard everyone in the gym works. We all have individual goals but suffer towards them as a group.
We get better one spittin, screaming, swearing, sweatin workout at a time. Good job everyone.
Wow, my fists clench just watching this video. That workout was completely miserable and I loved it.
Leo, a big deadline at work has kept me out of commision this week. Last week I was fighting off some bronchitis and then had my triathlon and adventure race over the weekend. If I'm not back in tomorrow I should be back to training hard on Friday. Seeing all these WODs that I'm missing is driving me nuts.
Ahhh yes, the baby puncher!!! That is the last place I saw my lower back. If someone finds it please return to lost and found. I will pick it up immediately. Monique and Leo, you have another Fidelity Investment rep coming in today (Jay). That would make 3 from my branch and 1 in Tampa. We are going to be the baddest financial planners in all the land (there is really no way to say that and sound tough!!!)
I looked like I was having so much fun, you can actually see the part of the workout where I blacked out and forgot how many reps I had done on the SDHP's...
I want to be spindly so I'm not eating the Krispy Kreme's that some sugar eatin fool brought to work today! I'm back on the Paleo wagon. I also have some hand/wrist inflammation to get rid of. I must be strong with Paleo & fix it or I have to go under the knife. I'd like to prove my Dr wrong!!
Paleo always starts by cleaning out & restocking the fridge & pantries.
Britt - keep practicing DU's. If you can get through 40 - you're damn close to not ever worrying about them again.
Sean B - nice time!
Scott - that might be a pretty shotty ad for you: "The Baddest Financial Planners"...hm? Fittest, The most Bad Ass, the Mighty Powerful, but not Baddest! :D
6:36 is awesome Sean. Funny, yesterday someone (George?) mentioned we are all like superheroes. Each of us has strengths and weaknesses brought out in these WODs.
Good call Leo, very funny!!!! Advertising that I am a bad financial planner probably is not the best idea. That is why I am in planning and not marketing. Sean, I was talking about the superhero thing when I watched Sean B. leap over George and myself with a simple broad jump. The gym is like the X-Men, we would have a pretty strong tactical force if we had to unite.
Jump rope is such a goat for me. First ever Rx'd workout with double unders. 9:38 as Rx'd I think. Makes a workout so slow when you have to do them 1 or 2 at at time.
Chris - it's like learning a dance. But for me like everything else, I became very efficient at it when I was tired. The way you work you will have it by next week.
I finished somewhere around 15 min. I feel like evey other workout for me has been a GOAT. I'll keep plugging away, and more importantly, I'll keep showing up.

Lori - your best video to date. Thank you! It's awesome!
Erik, Mike P & Antonio - where you guys been at?

hahaha. My God I'm spindly. Why do you all let me workout with my shirt off!

Sean - you're like Arnold - cut off his pants below the knee to show off his skinny calves till they became large & powerful. Same deal with you ;)
Great video makes me shutter to watch it one of the worst workout's I ever did at CFE.

Leo:
I'll be back probably by Saturday. My knee was killing me all of last week. This week out with work.
Antonio - Paleo. Whatever you're eating is inflaming the hell out of you.

6:36 RX on today's WOD. Scott, you and your guys should go kick sand in the face of other financial planners and steal their clients.

This workout kicked my ass, at least the DU's anyway. Did 2 rounds Rx but gave up and finished with 2 x SU's - 20 minutes and change.

Just noticed the photo of Drew "The Original Beast" push pressing 225#! Damn Drew. Leo was that his one rep max? I'm growing a beard.

Yeah, we would send Chris and Leo out first and act as clean up.
Sean - that was Dru and it was 235 actually. Can't see the 5 lbs metal plates.
Jump rope is such a goat for me. First ever Rx'd workout with double unders. 9:38 as Rx'd I think. Makes a workout so slow when you have to do them 1 or 2 at at time.
18:48 with 2x single-unders, 8lb ball, 3x rope pulls
Rx 16:05
Double unders much easier now. 3 rds were unbroken sets.
Chris - it's like learning a dance. But for me like everything else, I became very efficient at it when I was tired. The way you work you will have it by next week.
