Christmas is about 9 months early - a pallet from York and 2 pallets from Rogue, still waiting on a pallet from Concept 2. Solid gear for solid training!

50 Air Squats
50 Pull-ups
50 Air Squats
50 Double Unders
Run 500 meters
"The Catch" - if you can't do double unders - practice them before the WoD and then hit 25 Burpees instead of 50 Double Unders. Single Unders are NOT an option.

I tried to register for the 300 event tioday but registration is closed. Will I be able to participate by signing in tomorrow morning? If not, I will volunteer to help out any way I can.
John, I am registered but have injured my back. You can have my position if it is possible to be done.

Leo, given the amount of double unders in todays WOD I thought you would be entertained by this. How about some double unders crossing the rope over your body?? Just thought this was entertaining. Two points in the video where you really see the skill set, 1. starting right around 1 minute and 2. again starting around 2:05

Sorry couldn't reply - we were out all day shopping for clothes and then going to K&T's wedding which was really sweet and cool! Congratulations again.

My running stinks: 2:45 for the first run. Broke up the exercises as follows:
5 rounds
5 burpees
10 pullups
20 squats
5 burpees
The pullups were my favorite, and the squats were my friend for each set until they turned on me at, appropriately, rep 13. I managed to keep some form and dignity through the burpees (oddly, sets 3-5 felt better than the first two). I didn't bother timing the last run since it qualified as running in name only.
