If you haven't done it yet - wish good luck to Paul at the SWAT Team tryouts. He's already posted up the fastest time on the obstacle course out of all the candidates. Keep it up. Paul, you worked hard for it brother!

Question: What is your most favorite piece of equipment in a CrossFit gym?

Warm-up: After 5-10 minutes of hand balancing and Wheelbarrow walking perform:
Max duration L-sit & Max duration Handstand Hold - 3 rounds alternating.

WoD:
30 Burpees
 10 GHD sit-ups
20 Burpees
 20 GHD sit-ups
10 Burpees
 30 GHD sit-ups

For time. Substitute Weighted Sit-up for GHD situp if necessary.

I'd say my favorite piece of equipment now is the rings - since that's the one I'm furthest away from mastering. Barbell is close second. Very close!

Good Luck Paul, I'm sure you'll do great.

Favorite gear: Uh, bars and bumpers with platforms I'd have to say. I like the wide open space too.

That WoD left the room spinning. Yesterday's made me feel like vomiting for an hour or so after. Not even posting awesome times or anything. I think it's combo of zone and cold weather turning me into a whiny zombie.

Worked late so I missed tonight. I will just have to play on my favorite piece of equipment: the rings. It was the barbell but the barbell and I broke up a month ago. We have started talking again but right now we are still just friends. We decided to take things slow.

Matt - you ever read "Fountainhead"?

Did tumbling today. Got my first Back Hand Spring off a tumble track. Awesomo! Felt beat after yesterday's wod - uff, was breathing hard just kicking up to HS, not even starting the round offs etc.

9:17 rx'ed. My low back was fried from tumbling and handstand practice.

Good luck Paul. All I can think of when I think of Paul as a S.W.A.T. team member is the character in the Movie "The Replacements" who was a SWAT team member (I think his name was Danny) and how he was all crazy on the football field. LOL! If you put in the work it will come... and we all know Paul puts in the work...

Did I mention that I hate Burpees? 'Nuff said.

Looking for a better workout tomorrow.
